The northernmost Zmee city on the island of Zoar, situated on a tidal estuary which has been converted into a shipping canal. The city is almost entirely underground, being comprised of tunnels and burrows on both sides of the canal and which make extensive use of the vast naturally occurring vaulted caverns of crystal and mildly fluorescing salt. Also famous for its glass-blowing crafts.

The northern side of the city is believed to have cells of adherents to the Azhakh-Na philosophy.
