They represent the political wing of Methodics, and Methodicists. To them, Enok’s race are merely barbarians to be killed, and the world is something to be subdued and conquered.
Unfortunately they discriminate between different Eloi rather poorly and so their hatred of the Elim is principally based on the self-reinforcing antagonism between the Zmee and their bitter enemies, such as the Y’hala, Wahoona, and other Eloi races.
