A northern agricultural city of Zoar, poetically called the City of Flowers. Not only are flowers extensively cultivated there for various cultural festivals, vast wild fields surround the city precinct. Glow-bugs for water-fire lanterns are also cultivated there. It is the island’s second largest city and is home base to Zakon.
