A sacred stone to the Zmee. A massive obsidian pillar, carved withers-releif pictographs of Zoaran Zmee history and hopes for the future.
Every town in Zoar has its own, and is typically adorned with mythological figures, and is usually housed in a overarching shelter such as a vaulted copper-domed rotunda. The pillar is often reserved for initation, dedication or oathing ceremonies of Disciples, Venerables, Oracles, and other public figures.
Such pillars can be well over a dozen cubits tall and usually sit in a deep spiralling well.
