An Anaki pre‑battle ritual involving the sacred words and martial movements of Gol, who derived them from the Havilan martial code perfected by Namma, which Havilans call the Goddess Dance. However, Gol-Ayat became the prevailing name for the ritual.
Each movement of stretch and poise follows a sacred word which must be softly exhaled. The words themselves were the name of fallen Havlian warriors, but were replaced by the Anaki with the names of the un-fallen Elder Gods, and are a petition for that god’s virtue to infuse the flesh of the invoker.
